Our CrewMembers are all active duty military, National, Guardm Reserve, retirees, veterans and and/or their dependents.

Each CrewMember must apply for a free account. Applicants will be asked to provide information to verify their military affiliation. Once verified you are good to go!

A basic profile is free! You can get started with full marketing functionality at no cost. You will also get 10 free credits towards connecting with future customers. If you would like to upgrade your profile page later, LineCrew will offer fee-based upgrade options in future versions of our site.

LineCrew offers a couple ways to verify your military affiliation. First, if you or your spouse are active duty, you can verify your status through the active duty member’s “.mil” email account. Second, anyone can use the services provided by ID.me to verify their status for free!

A basic LineCrew Profile page is free. It will display your business name, your name, profile picture, services offered, location, service affiliation (optional), and a contact link. It also offers the ability to communicate with your past, present and future customers from right within your own dashboard! You’ll be able to review and respond to customer ratings of your work, purchase additional credits, and even search for other CrewMembers to help you out as well!

Customers you have worked for can write reviews for your business profile page through their personal LineCrew accounts.

User privacy is one of our top priorities. As such, LineCrew only asks you for the minimum information needed to get your business marketed. Sensitive information including your phone number and address will not be posted, and we won’t ask you for any of your financial information either. Any transactions with LineCrew are handled through our safe and secure services provided by Stripe.com, so none of your information is stored on our site.

Anyone can search for and hire any of the many talented CrewMembers near them! 

LineCrew offers a variety of ways to search for help including zip code, business name, business type or even CrewMember name.
